The 6th Symposium on Brain Mapping Updates in Iran

The 6th Iran brain mapping news event will be held online and in person in 3 days in July of this year. This event will be held online on July 15 and 16 and in person on July 17.

The National Laboratory of Brain Mapping has been established in order to respond to part of the research and technology needs of the country in the field of creating imaging and brain stimulation infrastructure for cognitive research and providing basic and up-to-date knowledge services in the field of cognitive sciences and technologies, which is a board of trustees. It is managed and is a national institution that will be available to all universities and researchers in the country. The equipment needed for the laboratory, which was determined during several meetings by a committee composed of domestic and foreign experts and professors, and they were ordered and procured; They include 3 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging devices, non-invasive brain stimulation (TMS and TCS compatible with MRI), electroencephalography (including MRI compatible system) and functional near infrared spectroscopy (FNIRS). This laboratory is also equipped with advanced data, image and signal processing facilities as well as cognitive evaluation
