Stress Biofeedback Workshop
Compared to neurofeedback, biofeedback has features that can distinguish it. Fewer biofeedback sessions and its faster effect compared to neurofeedback, as well as the wide range of disorders in which biofeedback can be used, are among the advantages of biofeedback.
The purpose of this course is how to use biofeedback to teach clients how to control stress. By using the specialized Stress Control suite, the therapist can have a comprehensive assessment of the client’s physiological changes when facing stress and analyze it in the form of reports and charts. Then, using dedicated treatment windows, teach clients stress control and relaxation techniques to get out of stressful situations. In this course, physiological parameters of temperature and skin conductivity and their application in other psychological disorders are presented along with EMG biofeedback training, which can be used to reduce muscle tension and tension headaches.
